Specifies a list of product codes that are maintenances of type Change Of Name.
Note: Only for use by the Vital Statistics Agency, Manitoba.
DescriptionMaintenance products are defined with a product type of Maintenance. Each product that is a Maintenance is further defined by the type of maintenance that it is. One of these types is Change Of Name. This entry specifies all products that may appear on a transaction and must be completed in order for a change of name amendment notice to be printed.
